Being terrified to go to sleep is no fun!
Are you getting some strange experiences happening just as you are waking up? Do you feel like part of your body or even all of it is frozen, like you can’t move? You may be experiencing sleep paralysis and it’s terrifying you.

If you are going to set out on a quest for a good nights sleep and more than one hopefully then you need to pay attention to the health of your immune system. When you are sick and your immune system has failed to protect you then it can be a big contributor to you not being able to sleep.
